Steven G. Wharton (“Steve”) is an Associate in the Corporate Section of Thomas Kennedy Sampson & Tompkins LLP. His principal areas of practice include commercial real estate, general corporate and municipal bond financing.
Steve has negotiated numerous contracts and commercial leases on behalf of large companies, small companies and individuals. He has also assisted entrepreneurs with various matters ranging from structuring their budding businesses to exploring various financing options for obtaining start-up capital.
In addition to being an attorney, Steven is also a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to entering law school, he was a financial auditor with a Big Four accounting firm.
